Beef Questions:
- How old is the animal?
All our premium beef is from beef less than 16 months old.
- Where was it raised?
All our beef are born, raised and finished on our farm.
- What was it fed?
Hay, whole oats, steam rolled barley, beet pulp and some straw.
- Is it hormone free?
We do not use any hormones on our beef but it is not organic. We still vaccinate all animals against disease.
- How long is it aged?
Most beef is aged 7 – 10 days on its way to the store. Some is wet aged in vacuumed packed bags. Our beef is dry aged for 21 days resulting in a very tender delicious eating experience.
- How long before delivery?
Our beef is available mid May to mid June.
- Where do we delivery?
Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton and Calgary.
- How many pounds of boneless beef?
All our beef is completely boneless and an eighth is approximate 45 – 50 pounds. Each eighth contains approximate:

- How much space does it take?
It will fit in your fridge freezer but not a lot of room for bread and ice cream.
